class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>ATA Carnet issuance procedure<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b9baec8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b9baec8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>An ATA Carnet is issued at the request of the ATA Carnet applicant or his\/her legal representative which is submitted in the form of an application on www.client.chamber.md. The application data and its model are set out in Annex No 1 to this CCI Regulation No 7\/7 of 24.03.2023.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b5b057 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5b5b057\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Accessing client.chamber.md using one&#8217;s login and password and submitting an online application has the same legal effects as filing a paper application certified with a handwritten signature.<\/p><p>The following documents shall be attached to the application:<\/p><ol><li>Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities;<\/li><li>a document containing signatures samples of the manager and his\/her legal representative;<\/li><li>an ID of the applicant or his\/her legal representative;<\/li><li>a power of attorney issued to the applicant&#8217;s representative, confirming his\/her powers to represent the applicant&#8217;s interests before the CCI of Moldova and to sign and receive the original ATA Carnet on behalf and at the risk of the applicant;<\/li><li>proof of guarantee as per Chapter III of this Regulation;<\/li><li>the document (contract, invitation etc.) justifying the temporary export of goods, as the case may be;<\/li><li>a general excel list of goods to be filled in if the ATA Carnet is requested for more than 3 items of goods. The list is made according to the model also available on <a href=\"https:\/\/client.chamber.md\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">client.chamber.md<\/a>;<\/li><li>confirmation of payment of CCI&#8217;s services.<\/li><\/ol><p>The ATA Carnet applicant may also submit other documents supporting the application.<\/p><ul><li>Individuals submit the same documents except items a) and b).<\/li><\/ul><p>The examination period for ATA Carnet application is up to 5 business days from the date the application and all supporting documents have been submitted.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d820b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3d820b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Drept temei pentru refuzul eliber\u0103rii Carnetului ATA pot servi:<\/p><ol><li>necorespunderea condi\u021biilor admiterii temporare a m\u0103rfurilor cu cele prev\u0103zute \u00een Conven\u021bia ATA;<\/li><li>neprezentarea tuturor documentelor \u0219i datelor necesare pentru perfectarea Carnetului ATA;<\/li><li>prezentarea documentelor \u0219i datelor neconforme;<\/li><li>neachitarea serviciilor CCI a RM.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a3f8bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a3f8bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Decizia de refuz se aduce la cuno\u0219tin\u021ba solicitantului \u00een termen de 5 zile lucr\u0103toare din data depunerii cererii \u0219i documentelor anexate, cu indicarea motivelor refuzului.<\/p><h3>Cerin\u021bele privind garan\u021bia<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5afbc69 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5afbc69\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The ATA Carnet applicant must provide a guarantee to CCI that import duties and fees and other amounts due will be paid in case of non-compliance with temporary admission terms or customs transit terms applicable to the goods introduced into the respective countries.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3bce967 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3bce967\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>The guarantee may consist in:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>a deposit made in cash or by transfer in national currency to the account indicated by CCI;<\/li><li>a letter of guarantee issued by a bank;<\/li><li>a guarantee issued by an insurance company accepted by CCI.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>In duly justified cases, CCI can accept a guarantee in the form of:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>a letter of guarantee issued by the ATA Carnet applicant;<\/li><li>a contract in the form provided for by the applicable law.<\/li><\/ol><p>The guarantee must be valid for at least 12 months from the date of issue of the ATA Carnet.<\/p><p>The guarantee shall be returned subject to the availability of a proof of re-import. Proof of re-import shall be considered to be the ATA Carnet duly made with the respective marks of the customs authorities or other conclusive evidence accepted by the CCI.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b195c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5b195c5\"
