NOTICE OF INVITATION
on the procurement for the Project ,, Berries juice production line”
under the EU4Moldova: Focal Regions Programme funded by the European Union
Name of the contracting authority: the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova-Implementing Agency;
- Purpose of the acquisition: Berries juice production line, with processing capacity 500-700kg/h.
- Date of publication of the notice: 18.11.2021;
- Source of allocation: UNDP Local Grants Program under the EU4Moldova Program: Focal Regions “Private Sector Support in Cahul and Ungheni Districts”, funded by the European Union.
- Terms and conditions of delivery / performance / execution requested: 45 working days after signing the contract.
- Delivery and shipment of goods at the place of destination will be performed by the seller;
- The bidder will indicate the availability of applying VAT at 0 (zero) rate;
- The offer is submitted for each lot separately;
- Delivery place: Ungheni district;
- Methods of payment: bank transfer based on the invoice;
- Warranty period: minimum 12 months;
- The selection criteria: best price-quality ratio;
- Evaluation of offers: separately for each lot;
- The offer should contain the full technical specification required according to the Tender Technical Specification (attached).
- In order to participate on the procurement competition, the tenderers must submit the participation files that will contain the following documents:
- Price offer confirmed by the participant’s signature and stamp, indicating the characteristics of the proposed products, quantity, unit price and total amount per offer with VAT rate 0, according to the offer form (F1.1), technical specifications (F2.1) and cost specifications (F2.2);
Note: The amount of the offer must include the price of the machine (equipment), transport and unloading at the destination costs.

- Offer must be submitted as follows:
- Delivered in person: in sealed envelope at: 151, Ștefan Cel Mare avenue, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. The envelope will be pointed with mention: Project ,,Berries juice production line”, No. Lot.____________[name of tenderer]”;

- Preparation of offers:
The offer and the required qualification documents must be drawn up clearly, without corrections, containing the reference exit number and date, with the signature of the empowered person.
- Delayed offers will be rejected.
- The offer shall remain valid for 90 working days
