Business Events, Fairs and Exhibitions Department’s areas of activity

The Department aims to support domestic businesses by promoting and developing their activities both nationally and internationally, which helps stimulate national economic growth.

With this in mind, the Moldovan CCI offers a number of services, as follows:

• Organizing thematic exhibitions in the country;
• Organizing national REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA PRESENTS exhibitions abroad;
• Organizing collective and individual stands at exhibitions in the country and abroad;
• Proving information on participation terms for international exhibitions abroad;
• Providing methodical advice on exhibition management and staff training;
• Assisting the departure of Moldovan professional delegations to specialized exhibitions abroad:

2. Booking air tickets;
3. Booking hotel rooms;
4. Obtaining visas;

• Seeking business partners for participants in collective stands and national exhibitions;
• Organizing presentations for Moldovan and foreign companies and goods:

1. Renting and arranging spaces;
2. Installing exhibition stands;
3. Preparing printed handouts;
4. Sending VIP and guest invitations;
5. Organizing advertising campaigns;

• Organizing foreign exhibitions in Moldova:

1. Renting and arranging exhibition spaces;

• Building cooperation with international exhibition organizations, unions and associations.
